This building stands on an exceptional site due to its special characteristics and the design has been strongly influenced both by the stringent municipal ordinance and by a strong interest In keeping the building well blended into the urban environment of the area. The eminently functional architectural solution adopts very pure lines materialising — in practical aspects — in materials and constructive methods carefully selected for each part of the design.
