Spanish gypsum plasterwork: historical typology proposal

We provide here a reproduction of an original work by Professor Villanueva with a slight orthotypographic correction on the original text published in: “Actas del Primer Congreso Nacional de Historia de la Construcción”, Madrid, September, 19-21 1996, eds. A. de las Casas, S. Huerta, E. Rabasa, Madrid: I. Juan de Herrera, CEHOPU, 1996; A. de las Casas, S. Huerta, E. Rabasa, eds.; Madrid: I. Juan de Herrera, CEHOPU, 1996. The research group AIPA, of which Luis de Villanueva belonged, was granted the authorization of the president of the Construction History Society, Professor Huerta, as co-editor of the aforementioned proceedings for the reproduction of the original text with the necessary typographic modifications. The images of the figures have been taken from the original sources looked up by professor Villanueva, whenever possible, with the aim of improving its graphic quality.Heritage Buildings are presented.
