Abstract

According with the municipal policy of gradually moving environment-degrading commercial and industrial occupations away from the river banks, the River Gardens residential development is an attempt to create a precedent in this direction. To this end, besides a varied arrangement of levels and heights, the design uses an interesting elongated curve in plan, creating several closed and open spaces, while allowing most units to enjoy a view of the river.
