Located in a wooded tract of land, this one-family home designed for a family of four uses a surface of 280 m2 for its three main wings, arranged diagonally on the plot. The two northern bodies constitute the home proper, each containing separate facilities, one for children: bedrooms, playroom, and one for adults: living room, library, bedrooms. The garage, at the other end of the diagonal layout, is connected to the house through a glassed-in winter garden, also separating the driveaway from an ample private garden with terraces and a swimming pool.
