Abstract


This article covers the features of a university dining hall consisting of five rooms with a total capacity for 1,560 diners, plus kitchen facilities. Also examined are the mechanical facilities, such as heating, ventilation, electrical and gas. The utensil and equipment used in each area of the dining hall are shown as well.
