Substituting the tall building which had been planned for the lot, these six small buildings have been constructed, completely designed as luxury apartments, which are more in harmony with the remaining construction in the area. Each building, consisting of three floors and a penthouse, links up with the others by means of a low body, designed for parking, and with the garden areas which extend to the streets delimiting the lot. The floors, all the same, situate two identical dwellings, with ample space, in which adequate dividing of the different areas and proper communication among rooms stand out. The façades evidence the profound irregularity of the floors, with a varied play of lights emphasizing the external treatment.
