A The project is basically comprised of two twin towers of offices, each with 30 floors above ground level, in addition to a pant-house designed for installations, and three underground levels housing the services and installations. The construction is completed on the ground level by an annex to be used as a gallery for exhibits. The floorplan of the tower, with 950 m2 of utilizable area, obtains a high degree of flexibility by relegating the support elements to a central concrete core —which at the same time houses the vertical communications and the lavatory services— and to the perimeter of the floor, with pillars of slight thickness spaced 3 meters apart. The varied and complete range of installations and systems serving the towers —outstanding aspect of the project— is complemented by an attractive arrangement of the open areas of the ground floor, destined to use of public pedestrian traffic.
