Kölnbrein dam in Kärnten Austria

The Kölnbrein dam forms part of the Malta hydroelectric system. It has a capacity of approximately 900 mW. It is a 200 m high arch-dam, with a storage capacity of 200 million m3. This article studies the aggregate crushing, grading, screening and washing installations as well as the concreting and moulding system. The latter is of DOKA type, with modules of 4,0; 2,3, and 1,33 m width and a common height of 2,5 m.
