This office building, consisting of semibasement, two main floors and penthouse, is located next to an old mansion built in 1730, in Thorncroft Manor, Leatherhead. The historical nature of the old edifice and the scenery of the location, with wooded parks and gardens that reach to the bank of a river, necessitated the adoption of criteria which, by neutralizing the physical presence of the new structure, are materialized in the façades treated entirely with mirror type reflecting glass. Thus, the new office building blends into its surroundings by reflecting from different angles the old manorial house, its trees and its gardens.
