This Center is designed for unifying the presentation of Scandinavian industry to the world market and is located on a large lot equidistant from the Danish capital and its airport. Constructed in the form of a high-rise metal structure, ¡t is distinguished both externally as well as internally by its inclined glass ceiling panels which lend it a most characteristic aspect. It has several large exhibition pavilions, with an attached department designed for holding congresses. This latter department, with a capacity for 3,600 participants, is equipped with the most up-to-date audiovisual techniques, as well as other services, such as auditoriums and lecture halls. The unit is completed by four restaurants and two cafeterias, with a simultaneous capacity for 6,000 persons. The total construction surface of the complex is 70,000 m2.
