This building, which houses the company's offices and subsidiaries, has three levels, built on a slope, with a garage in the basement for 80 automobiles. The interior is distributed into modular offices, with movable panels which permit a high level of flexibility and adaptation to modifications in space organization and planning. The exterior has the shape of an inverted pyramid trunk in order to neutralize the effect of the noise produced by its proximity to the London airport; this is the most outstanding point of the architectural planning.
