It stands on a 8,000 m2 site in a suburban residential area, with abundant vegetation and on the banks of a lake. It was designed with a view for being used by a single person, but with sufficient flexibility to be adapted to a future increase in family. In a wide space, the following are placed together: the kitchen, dining-living room, and the bedroom area, the necessary separations being achieved through skillful decoration. A pleasant patio and a covered passage link this area with the main entrance and with the garage, above which a second bedroom and its respective bathroom has been placed. Structure based on loadbearing walls made of white finished bricks or wooden coated in most surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
