The site at Noain Airport (Navarre), has been a conditioning factor of the height of the building, as it cannot exceed the plane of 14.3% which, starting from the level O, and 150 m from the runway axis, limits transition space. The general facilities, cloakrooms, toilets, armoury, etc., are on the ground floor. The bars and restaurants, as well as the covered terrace and the living rooms occupy the rest of the building. These quarters overlook the shooting grounds. The structure is of reinforced concrete with 5 m modules and bracketed cantilevers. The roof is made with sandwich plates and it has rugged anchorage. The walls are of half-pole double hollow brick, chamber and partition wail, coated with Maplexine.
