This article describes the construction of the first phase of an industrial complex designed to provide for all the administrative and production needs of the VIVESA firm, which manufactures corsets and bathing suits. The previously established conditions of the programmed have been completely fulfilled: short distance to the centre of the city, industrial area with a high employment percentage and complete municipal services. Further, the building is clearly visible from the city and from the traffic roads.
