Practical guide of quality controls to be carried out on buildings

The Bureau Veritas Español, S. A., offers this practical guide, the result of more than 10 year work in Spain, to professionals and technical experts in the construction line in view of the great interest displayed regarding these themes and their role in preventing flaws and hidden defects, as well as the no longer catastrophic but rather financial implications these may lead to. These are the techniques and criteria applied by the B.V.E.S.A. in the quality controls entrusted to them by clients. For carrying out these controls the Bureau has at its disposal a team of technicians specialized in the various fields of the construction line and further the Bureau has a network of offices covering the entire territory of the country.
