The author expounds the necessity of studying and adequately equipping the working places from the visual, climatic and acoustic points of view so as to achieve the greatest possible comfort and efficiency and reaches the conclusion that this task is more of an economic problem than a technological one. Proper advice and norms are given including special recommendations to integrate the technologies from the starting moment of a building project, always considering every aspect and possibility so as to avoid a situation of irreversible facts.
