This complex occupies an extraordinarily situated plot, in view of its excellent communications, and it is bound to become a centre of great social and economic importance. It is located only 12 minutes away from Rotterdam railway station and equally close to bus and underground transports and will eventually comprise: a shopping centre, garages, office buildings, housings, a hotel, etc. This article especially describes: the sports palace, with 6,000 seats; a central building for restaurants, coffe-shops, offices, the press and installations; exhibition halls, with altogether 12,000 m2 of exhibition space.
