This article describes the origin of this system of prefabrication with elements of reinforced concrete, based on the appropriate combination of numerical proportions; with a definition of each single piece that forms part of the construction of a housing block; mounting of the building, fabrication of the different pieces and the total number of pieces that each housing consists of. The idea of this type of housings, its construction form and assembly of pieces For préfabrication is an accomplishment of Dr. Emilio González Espinosa de los Monteros. Industrial Engineer. At present the system is being applied to the construction of a block of 88 housings, in 11 storeys which is a project by the architects Eduardo Ramos Guerbós and Antonio Garcia Garrido.
