One family housing in Sotagrande del Guadiaro - Cádiz (Spain)

The building is situated on an S-shaped 57 m wide and 84 m long site which might appear to be somewhat of a caprice but which in reality is the result of a detailed study of views and orientations. It consists of three storeys: — the semi-basement with the garage; — the main floor comprising: the hall, living rooms, family bedrooms, baths and a complete service section; — the upper floor, with: a study and terrace. The materials and the construction system are those traditionally used in the area.
