The laboratory has been constructed for Geotechniques and Cements, Ltd., in the vicinity of Madrid so as to carry out the checking of all the construction materials. The structure consists of two storeys and a semi-subterranean storey. The building is designed With a structure of reinforced steel, according to a 1,20 m module that is used for the plan form and elevation. The latter ones have been constructed of prefabricated pieces which gives it a functional look and lines that harmonize with the intended aim.
