The two housings are located near the capital, in a small urbanisation of Pozuelo de Alarcón. The planning of both apartments is similar since the families occupying them and their requirements are quite alike. It has been attempted to give «movement» to the storeys, sections and elevations so as to avoid the static impression of a cube anchored to the ground and to give the sides different facets. The materials used are the traditional ones and are easy to maintain and we are of the opinion that the objectives established at the drafting of the project have been fully attained.
