Apartment building in Montreux, Swizerland

This building has been constructed on a beautiful plot next to the lake in the Flower Avenue in Territet. It assumes the shape of a truncated pyramid, with a subterranean floor for installations and garages and 5 apartment stories. Special foundation, structure of reinforced concrete and curtain walls consisting of various prefabricated members. The numerous problems caused by the laws of the area have been studied and solved successfully, as well as the shape of the building and the adaptation to the terrain. Thus an extremely satisfactory result has been obtained in view of the residential requirements.
