Abstract

These Studies have been made for a twostorey building, completely constructed in reinforced concrete. On the first floor, the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations; a shop; a lounge room for the employes and a filing room have been arranged. On the top floor are distributed: the study and control room; the office of the director; the information section; utility room and first aid room. A stairway communicates the two floors. Entry to the building is had through the vehicles' access of the first floor and by an overpass that connects the top floor with the parking area situated on the same level. The reinforced concrete employed in the construction of the building has been left visible on the outside paraments, in the hollow spaces of which metallic carpentry with single or double glass has been used, in accordance with the needs of acoustic insulation of the different areas.
