This building is made up of three stepped bodies, both in plant and elevation view: — one for computation, — the second for training, and — another middle one which joins them, and through which the former can be entered. At the height of the first floor, a passable canopy provides the building with acoustic and light protection. The building is made with reinforced concrete with opaque window panes in aluminium frames. The computations centre, as such, is on street level, enabling passers-by to see inside. The training section is made up of three floors. Every eight pupils form a group, using two television screens, also having contact with the instructor by means of intercoms. There are two car parks at the back of the building: one on street level for 45 vehicles, and another for 70 in the basement. The whole building has high and lowpressure air conditioning. There are four lifts and a special internal transport system for documents. The mesh of the roof, enables the inner walls to be moved.
