Abstract

This vacation spot, Binibeca Veil, is an attempt to create apartments in the form of a small village and in relatively little space. The complex borders the Paseo Maritime and overlooks a small port and the bay itself. Besides the apartments, the grouping offers beach, port, club, residence-hotel, bars, and shops. Great care has been taken to preserve the character of the Island, hence the use of a continuous yet rusticated white plastic clay. The overall effect is simple and economical due to this very blending of natural, local materials.
