This building consists of 8 floors with 94 apartments, business premises, caretakers' apartments, and a basement garage with room for 132 vehicles. As the allotment was quite deep and a courtyard facing the street was not required, spacious interior courtyards were created which give a great deal of light, liberal ventilation and a certain nobility to the apartments overlooking these courtyards. There is only one entrance hall in which are found the lifts and on to which the various stairs converge. It is treated in landscape form. The structure is of reinforced concrete and the system of floorings is continuous with neither girders nor projections.
