This is a three storey underground carpark, with room for 240 cars. It is built on clay soil with the phreatic layer 3 metres below. It is remarkable the possibilities that such a structure offers, directed not only towards a marked simplicity, but also towards an attractive answer to form, resulting in favourable economic and commercial consequences.
