First National Congress of Quality (February 1972). Current Spanish vista of Quality Control in Building

Abstract

This article describes the development of the paper presented by the author at the 1st National Congress of Quality, held in Madrid last February. He distinguishes between the study of quality in commissioning, in designing, in basic materials and those mixed on the site, in building procedures and in the finished work, and he includes some pictures which illustrate his main ideas. The author seems optimistic about the future, now that the building facilities of the country and above all the ruling bodies, have made themselves fully aware of the problem and the directives to be followed.
