Its users, meeting-goers, exhibitors and visitors, find in it —with its well-studied traffic adequately equipped with signals— a basic centre for activities and a stimulus within the commercial life of the city. As well as the main hall which can accommodate 15,000 people, or for banquets, 8,000 seated at tables, there is a smaller hall, 2,232 sq. metres in size, which can also be used for exhibitions, meetings and banquets. The administration and exhibitors' offices, control room, radio, television and press rooms are on the mezzanine floor. This centre has an air about it of humanity, energy and comfort, within an elegant framework.
