New municipal stadium in Balaidos, Spain

This article describes the improvement of the facilities in the old stadium, the object being to increase the seating capacity as well as the standing room, not forgetting that the seating had to be under cover because of the frequent rain in the region. As the work had to be completed within the shortest possible time, rationalized and modulated systems were used. Also described are the various problems of calculation, framing, anchorage... and the solutions adopted.
