Abstract

The circular planform of this building was due to the shape of the site, the need to provide eight similar flats per floor (56 in all) , the wish to have a single entrance and a vertical communication nucleus. The ground floor adapts itself precisely to the limitations of the site. The basement, also extending throughout the area of the site has a garage and various mechanical installations. The final result is original and highly functional.
