This university or sections: is divided into three zones — The West zone is devoted to science; — The central zone is devoted to the arts; — The East part is connected with long term research and development work, in fields of science that are not yet well known. Each section was planned with maximum flexibility in its internal arrangements, so that its Inner organisation could be changed, to adapt It to a variety of functions, though always within the same fundamental system of structures. By a very careful planning of the buildings, the double object of obtaining the maximum external perimeter and optimum natural illumination and ventilation has been achieved.
