The architect of this project has been a long-time collaborator of Kenzo Tange, and is profoundly preoccupied with the relation student-teacher and the human and social contacts between students. Hence, he has planned this project around a zone of social relationship, in the form of a central garden, an open space and the corridor which connects all communications. At the same time he has provided a number of pleasant corners, for brief, casual and spontaneous meetings.
