This store has been constructed, and its site has been chosen, after a detailed study of: modern storage techniques; relative cost of building sites; the difficult traffic problems in densely populated zones; the distance from Port Cabello; the excellent nearby road facilities, and the close vincinity of the TW assembly plant and the Miranda Corporation. The choice of structure, platform, roofing, ventilation system, and possibility of later enlargements were also decisive factors, determining the final project.
