When this bungalow was designed a certain functional independence was established between the living zone of the married couple, and that of the children. The top floor is taken up with the bedroom of the parents, and the social and common living zone. On the ground floor there is a playing room for the children, as well as their bedrooms, and a service bedroom. The design follows a simple outline, and is of modern conception; its main purpose being to house a large family during the summer time and at other brief periods of the year. The large garage accommodates in winter a motorboat and also serves as workshop.
