The total project includes the following: a) Top floor level, comprising hall, lounge, library, dining room, men's bedroom and baths, two further bedrooms and baths, full service facilities, as well as extensive terraces, access ramps and an exit to the back garden. b) Ground floor, containing an entrance hall, three bedrooms, two bath rooms, and other services. c) Semibasement, with garage space for five cars, engine room, and a small dwelling, consisting of kitchen-dining room, bedroom and bathroom. The general planning, program and style of the project Is the result of a careful study seeking to integrate optimally the functional, environmental and aesthetic factors.
