This building has three floor levels, as follows: — The ground floor houses the administrative offices, main kitchen and stores. On the northern side, a covered area is used as playground in summer. — On the main floor there are dressing rooms, showers and wash rooms for men and women. — The top floor has a central zone with a bar, surrounded by a space with a variety of functions, such as dining room, dancing hall, or suitable for other social acts promoted by the club. Both the terrace and the top floor provide a fine view of the beautiful landscape, including the Diddington reservoir lake.
