Site erection of heavy precast panels

This article deals, firstly with the lifting of precast panels at the site, both in reference to the machinery used and to the trained labour carrying out the work. Secondly, the actual positioning of the panels is described, and a brief reference to their stability is included. Special attention is given of the question of safety, in this type of work.
