The project here described occupies a whole square, in an excellent part of the city. The design involves three basic blocks, namely: — large stores, with 4 storeys for public access, and a further four devoted to stores, parking and installations; — office tall building, consisting of 14 storeys, above ground, and others below ground; — luxury hotel, with 9 floor levels above ground. The structure is of reinforced concrete, except the tower, which includes metal columns on the outside. The whole design has a distinguished aspect, and its details have been carefully elaborated, in accord with the intended use and location of the building.
