This building has a highly dynamic formal outline both in planform and elevations and is devoted to luxury flats, whose internal distribution has been carefully studied. All its external design complexity is the result of detailed planning aimed at obtaining the best solution in terms of existing municipal requirements, the available site area and in order that the flats shall enjoy the most favourable orientation and enjoyment of the sun.
