Abstract

This building consists of a main block, with basement and ten floors, two four storey wings, and a further single storey wing. The external enclosing walls are made with precast concrete blocks, each weighing 4.5 tons, and they are attached to the flooring structure and to the columns, which were built at the site. The offices provide a pleasant environment, with excellent air conditioning, thermal and acoustic insulation, and there is a fine view of the surrounding space.
