The outstanding feature of this building is the very large surface of glazing that encloses the inner space. It enables to have a fine view of the exterior. These glazed surfaces are protected by antidazzle coloured glass screens, which also help to protect the curtain walls from the high summer temperatures, and isolate visually the inner clinical installations from the direct view of passers by. The ground floor is a parking space, and the top one contains the medical consultation units, which are arranged in four mutually perpendicular wings, and open on to a central hall and two lateral corridors, converging on it.
