The articles describes in detail the problems involved in the construction of this important motor road in the Alto Leman region, which is characterised by its difficult topography and density of population. Details are also given about the design of the viaduct, which runs along the mountain slope and overcomes many difficult geographical features, whilst satisfying strict aesthetic, technical and low cost conditions.
