This project consists of seven blocks, each 12 storeys high. They have a common set of services, including central heating, parking, domestic aids, washing installations, snack bar, a pharmacy and a children's nursery. The ground floor of each block has shops, the main and the service vestibules, n porter's room, storage for parambulators, and refuse storage space. The first floor of each block is devoted to apartments, and the rest of the floors to flats. The project is so well planned and so constructed that it can be cited as an example of small sized flats organised in a large set of blocks.
