This residential building in Madrid has 68 dwellings, as well as a commercial zone, and general services, such as a cafeteria, a club, hairdressing saloon, nursey, swimming pools, gymnasia, sauna, dressing rooms and a garage for 160 cars. The whole project is based on a magnificent general plan, most carefully studied, so that there are many problems which have been overcome with much plastic and functional efifciency, including circulation, avoidance of human scale effect on the external paraments, and most rational arrangement of the flats. The building has every modem convenience, including full airconditioning, so that the overall result is extremely impressive.
