Te main pool is 33.53 m long, and its depth varies between 0.91 and 1.83 m. This very complete installation also includes a shallower pool for youngsters and a special diving pool. The main feature of this project is the hyperbolic paraboloid thin shell roof, which is supported by four main columns, each 76.2 cm in diameter, and four pairs of secondary columns. The building has most modem heating, ventilation and illumination systems, in order to obtain a pleasant and comfortable environment. It is also fitted out with brilliant and highly plastic ornament features, which make the pool extremely striking both by day and night.
