Fisac, counter to the opinion of many, distinguished religious from any other form of architecture: Catholic temples are characterized by specific requirements.
Religious architecture unites the material and the spiritual, forms and rites. It constitutes symbolarchitecture, in which the building itself conveys a precise, comprehensible and transcendental message.
