On its two lower levels the building has a car park which can hold 64 vehicles. The remaining storeys were designed with great flexibility, and can be adapted easily to the needs of its users. The external aspect of its paraments has been specially considered in this project, and the supporting columns have been architecturally emphasized to provide strong colour and shade contrasts.
