Saint Fridolin church in Glarus, Switzerland

The church was designed and built with the intention of forming internal spaces that could be easily recognised from the outside shape. This has a great plastic quality, especially in the entrance zone. The church can accommodate 600 seated people. Near the entrance there is a small chapel, the baptistry and the stairs to the choir. As an annex, connected with the baptistry, is the sacrity. An additional building, a large parrochial hall has been provided, and the bell tower is also a separate structure, of imposing aspect.
