The first completed block, which is the first phase of a partial general scheme, contains flats with one, two and three bedroms, and floor areas of 62, 94 and 155 m2. Much importance has been attached to the design and distribution of terraces. Externally, the materials used are offwhite bricks, natural white stone and wood in its own colours. This provides a general colour pattern that harmonises well with the environment. The indoor surfaces have also been studied most carefully, all of which contributes to provide a general impression of quality and style that becomes easily evident.
